Events

In 2009 the Little Beaver Triathlon hosted a succesful World Qualifying event for the 2009 World Championships.  Announcements for all 2010 World Qualifying events and 2011 European Qualifying events will be made in October 2009.

Based in the stunning grounds of Belvoir Castle, all racing will take place in the Castle grounds and it's surrounding area.  Following the 1500m swim competitors are faced with a long run to transition where they then complete the rolling 2 lap 40k bike course and finish with a 3 lap, spectator friendly run leading to the castle on the top of the hill on each lap.

There are a number of changes planned for 2010.  The main change will be the bike route, which will miss out the descent into Woolsthorpe by Belvoir and will return through the Castle grounds, past transition after each lap.

Camping is available on site.

As always, we welcome all athletes and hope to see our usual mix of ages and abilities.
